| Mini-Chronicle Originally a jewelry manufacturing building, it was closed once before then renovated albeit poorly into a series of shops and studios. Now vacant once more, with not much talk of reuse, it's the local hotspot for teens getting away from their parents for whatever reason, as well as a home for runaways, and the homeless. Our first venture into this building was years after a heavy and thorough attempt by the town to seal this place up from teenage vandalism that the building had suffered over the years.
We explored the massive building interconnected with various businesses for 3 days straight before we'd seen it all. Most of them still had products on shelves, and furniture still in place. One office however was completely trashed to hell. Keti, Chas and myself decided to clean it completely out and set it up for a place to hang out as we were exploring. Apparently we did such a good job that when we got responses like "who's apartment is that?" and "my room is such a mess compared to that". We stopped going after a while, but more and more local kids were using our system of entrees, and eventually the whole places was vandalized room by room including our room. Sad.
