We passed by it all the time driving down i295 but didn't know it was abandoned until we saw a very similar building on another abandonment site, and took a short trip to get a closer look and found that it was the same place. We couldn't find a decent place to park so like many other places we put on the back burner. Years later after meeting Travis and exploring with him we ended up finally checking it out with him, since he had been there before, but at that point it had been sold to a new owner. Work crews are there from time to time.
