We researched Worcester State, finding plenty of historical information, but not much reference to anyone being inside. A few days before deciding to go , Mike Dijital made a post on the ASnet forum about the security there, and mentioned that he knew of only one person that had been inside. Despite this news we set out determined to be the second.

When we got there I found it to be pretty damn secure. Right as we pulled up to the kirkbride, we saw a group of what was obviously urbexers being arrested by state police. The grounds are legal to walk around on so I'm betting they must have been doing something very stupid to be getting arrested. We left the grounds slightly discouraged, and went to the local mall, to wait for the situation at the hospital to diffuse. We decided we give it an hour or so.

When we got back we took alot of pictures, and looked for an enterance. We didn't find one, so I guess I was wrong. We weren't going to be one of the few that got into the place. That aside, the remaining sections of building was extremely majestic. Despite most of it having been torn down from a fire years ago, the remaining portions ignited our interest, so needless to say; we were disappointed to not be able to get in and check it out.
